CustomsReference is a comprehensive and up-to-date library of U.S., Canadian (English and French) and Mexican regulatory, statutory and reference information relevant to the importation of goods - an essential tool for logistics companies, large importers, customs brokers, compliance consultants and freight forwarders. The information is updated daily from primary government sources responsible for the official/legal versions of the documents. CustomsReference was first made available in 1998 as part of Tower Group International's TowerNet. Tower was acquired by FedEx Trade Networks, Inc. in 2000 and CustomsReference was included in FedEx's Global Trade Data product. FedEx's exclusive arrangement with Glencoe Technologies, the owners of CustomsReference, ended in the fall of 2007.
